A-Zing Realty Media is an established and growing real estate media company seeking an experienced, professional, personable, and reliable Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our team in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and wants more than just another freelance gig. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with an established company, a consistent client base, and opportunities for professional growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE SHOOTING
Depending on your experience and skill set, assignments may include:
HDR Real Estate Photography
Drone Photography & Videography
Property Walkthrough Videos
Zillow 3D Home Tours
Matterport 3D Tours
Twilight and Night Photography
Luxury Real Estate Photography & Video
FPV Drone Videos
Realtor Branding & Agent Videos
Commercial Media Projects
COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITIES
PHOTOGRAPHY:
Day Photography: $35–$65+ per shoot
Twilight Photography: $75–$150+ per shoot
Photography Packages: $90+ per package shoot (on average)
VIDEOGRAPHY:
Filming: $60–$85+ per shoot
Filming Packages: $105+ per package shoot (on average)
Compensation varies based on the services performed and the type of assignment.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

POSITION & SCHEDULE
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099), not a W-2 employee position.
Service Area: Maricopa County, Arizona
Typical Schedule:
Approximately 2–5 shoots per day
Sundays off
One consistent weekday off
Availability for at least two Saturdays per month
We are looking for someone who can maintain a reliable, consistent schedule and represent our company professionally.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous real estate photography and/or videography experience
A professional photography and/or video portfolio demonstrating your work
Reliable transportation throughout Maricopa County
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail
A professional appearance and personable attitude
Willingness to follow company quality standards and continue learning
Genuine interest in a long-term professional relationship
