Qualified candidates must be confident, observant, and capable of maintaining a safe and controlled environment while providing excellent customer service. We are looking for individuals who can handle high-energy environments, exercise sound judgment, follow instructions, and remain calm under pressure.
This position requires evening and late-night availability, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
• Control venue entry and verify guest identification (ID checks).
• Monitor crowd activity and maintain order inside and outside the venue.
• Enforce venue policies, dress codes, and security procedures.
• Identify potential disturbances and de-escalate conflicts professionally.
• Address disruptive or unauthorized individuals in accordance with venue policies and applicable laws.
• Conduct security patrols of entrances, exits, parking areas, and surrounding property.
• Respond promptly to incidents and coordinate with management or law enforcement when necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with fellow security personnel and supervisors.
• Protect the safety of guests, employees, and property.
• Complete accurate incident reports when required.
Minimum Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions, security procedures, and supervisory direction.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a security team.
Preferred Qualifications
• Valid Arizona DPS Security Guard Card.
• Previous nightclub, event security, or bouncer experience.
• Experience in crowd control and conflict de-escalation.
• Background in security, military, law enforcement, or customer service.
• Experience working in high-volume entertainment venues.
• Additional training in conflict resolution or emergency response.
