I've managed communal homes since 2014. Upon departure, if there's no damage to rooms, I can return your security deposit quickly for you. It's a large downstairs bedroom with large closet, central heat and air with an addtional window a/c, 4 windows and shared hallway bathroomin in this recently renovated 4/2 historic brick home.

Home is furnished.
The bedroom has some furnishings including a queen bed.
Shared living room, kitchen, refrigerator/icemaker, kitchen stuffs, extra frig, inside laundry.
There's 2 bedrooms and a shared bath upstairs and, 2 bedrooms and a shared bath downstairs.
Currently, there are 3 males tenants renting the other bedrooms. This is the best group since I've managed this property starting in 2021.

I use 2 additional upstairs rooms for an office and storage. I'm there infrequently, so it'll be just you housemates most of the time. I'll try to visit on First Friday!

Utilities like water, sewer, trash, electric, and WIFI are included. We have T-Mobile 5G WIFI and works great for most things.

It's located one block off Roosevelt and 10th St in the Garfield Historic District with many bars/restaurants a block away. Close to Ranch Market, Downtown, First Fridays, Medical Facilities, and Universities - in a quickly gentrifying neighborhood with a million+ dollar home next door.

No smoking inside ever.

Renting to retirees, professionals or students month to month - hopefully long term. 1 person per room. Please be a great homie that cleans up after yourself, friendly, and knows how to live peacefully with others.
