We are looking for a reliable Masking Technician to join us!
In this job, you will work on small to medium sized (generally under ~20 lbs) metal components and cover up specific areas using tape, wax, or paint so they are ready to be coated. You will follow simple work orders, use basic tools, and check your work to make sure everything looks perfect before it goes to the next department. The key to doing well in this role is finding a good balance between working safely, keeping up a steady pace, and taking pride in your final product.
If you have excellent hand-eye coordination, great patience, and strong attention to detail, you would be an ideal candidate. You must be able to follow safety rules carefully because you will be handling cleaning chemicals. We want a team player who is organized, shows up on time, and stays positive throughout the day. Speaking both English and Spanish is also a great bonus.
