Job description
The Lottery Associate operates lottery terminals and supports accurate retail reconciliation activities under the direction of the lottery supervisor. This role helps maintain accurate ticket inventory, jackpot documentation, and related reconciliation records.
Responsibilities
Operate lottery terminals accurately and efficiently.
Perform ticket inventory reconciliation.
Complete jackpot documentation.
Manage all assigned reconciliation activities.
Report to the lottery supervisor on operational and reconciliation matters.
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in lottery retail operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Basic mathematics skills.
Strong attention to detail.
