I'm producing a three night, 21+ Halloween event: outdoor horror screening, walkthrough clown haunt, DJ afterparty. The haunt is a clown carnival concept I've been designing. I've got the vision, the theme, and the venue (a rundown building that does half the work for us). What I need is someone with real build know-how to help me execute it.
You'd work with me to turn the concept into a layout that passes fire code, lead the build the week of the show, and help me pick and run the actors and makeup team on the three nights. Between now and then it's a few hours a week: a weekly check-in, one site visit, and a lot of room to bring your own ideas on how it gets built.
Paid flat fee plus a materials budget. Good fit if you've built a home haunt, done scenic or tech work in theatre, or crewed a commercial haunt and want to run one.
