Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew.
* Ensure lawns, trees, shrubs, and plants are properly maintained.
* Evaluate the health and needs of grass and plants during every service visit.
* Adjust irrigation timers as needed for seasonal changes and landscape conditions.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation issues, including timers, valves, sprinklers, and related components.
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
* Maintain clean, professional job sites with exceptional attention to detail.
* Train, motivate, and communicate effectively with crew members.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of landscape maintenance experience.
* Experience leading or supervising a crew preferred.
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
* Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
* Knowledge of lawn, plant, tree, and irrigation maintenance.
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve irrigation problems.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean and responsible driving record.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
