Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Installation Laborer to join our landscaping team. This position assists with the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes, including planting, irrigation, hardscape, and general site preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare landscape areas by removing debris, weeds, and unwanted vegetation.
- Dig, grade, level, and prepare soil for planting and installation.
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, ground cover, and other landscape materials.
- Install mulch, rock, gravel, edging, and other landscape materials.
- Assist with installation of irrigation systems, drainage, and landscape lighting.
- Assist with paver, block, concrete, and other hardscape installations.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, plants, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
- Follow instructions from landscape foremen and project managers.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleanup as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required..
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new landscaping and installation techniques.
