WHY CHOOSE THE HAVAHART 1083?
Ideal Size for Smaller Animals: At 17 inches long, this compact trap is particularly useful for kittens and small wildlife that don't require a full-size 32-inch cage.
Convenient Easy Set Operation: Designed to make setting and releasing the trap straightforward, without complicated adjustments or difficult-to-reach mechanisms.
Spring-Loaded Locking Door: When an animal steps on the trigger plate, the door automatically closes and locks to help prevent escape.
Durable Galvanized Steel Construction: Sturdy, corrosion-resistant wire cage construction provides ventilation, visibility, and strength for repeated use.
Protective Carrying Handle: Comfortable handle with a protective hand guard helps keep your hand separated from the captured animal during transport.
Compact and Easy to Store: Smaller footprint makes it convenient to carry, position, and store compared with larger animal traps.
Humane Live Capture: Designed to capture animals alive without the use of poisons or lethal mechanisms.
