In search of handyman to complete lender required repairs on a home in escrow set to close this week.
Need peel & stick vinyl flooring installed in 2 rooms.

Property currently in escrow, only thing needed to close is flooring installed. Vendor will be paid directly from title from the HUD statement at closing. Vendor must front cost of flooring & will be reimbursed costs of materials with payout.
Work must be completed on Sunday.
