What You’ll Do
-Serve as an on-site support resource, assisting Superintendents and subcontractors with daily tasks across multiple active jobsites.
-Perform hands-on construction work, including framing, drywall, controlled demolition, and general carpentry.
-Complete punch list items at project closeout (paint touch-ups, hardware installation, caulk/sealant work, minor repairs, etc.).
-Travel between different local jobsites based on immediate project needs and schedule changes.
-Load, unload, and safely stage construction materials and equipment.
-Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites by clearing debris, performing routine site maintenance, and supporting daily housekeeping.
-Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
-Assist with site mobilization and demobilization (setting up temporary fencing, signage, moving equipment, etc.).
-Support Superintendents by executing the miscellaneous, day-to-day tasks that arise throughout the course of construction.
-Follow all OSHA, ADOSH, and Signature Projects safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
-Hands-on experience with framing, drywall, and demolition on commercial construction projects.
-Working knowledge of general construction processes and jobsite safety.
-High adaptability with the ability to pivot between different tasks, crews, and jobsites on short notice.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, travel between multiple jobsites in the Phoenix metro area is a core requirement.
-Strong physical stamina, ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in Arizona weather conditions.
-A proactive, “no task is too small” attitude and a willingness to be a dependable extra set of hands.
-Reliable and dependable with strong communication skills and the ability to show up on time, every day.
-OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire, we’ll reimburse).
-Nice to have: OSHA 30 certification, prior TI/renovation experience, experience in occupied facilities, basic Procore familiarity, and bilingual (English/Spanish).
-Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
