We are currently expanding our footprint and actively pursuing high-volume dedicated reefer lanes. We are looking for professional drivers who want a seat at the table as we secure new, consistent routes, while offering a stable, professional home for your OTR career regardless of specific lane assignment.
The Opportunity: Growth & Stability
We are currently in the process of securing dedicated lanes with major national partners (including high-volume beverage freight).
The Goal: We are actively bidding to provide 1-2 dedicated lanes for our drivers, aimed at offering you more predictability and consistent miles.
The Foundation: Even while we finalize these new lanes, our core OTR operations are running strong. We are hiring now to build our team and ensure we have the best capacity ready to roll the moment these lanes go live.

Competitive Compensation & Performance Bonuses
We believe in rewarding performance and experience. All rates are negotiable based on your expertise and the specific route assigned.
Guaranteed Pay: upto $240/day
Performance Bonuses:
Fuel Savings: Earn $.01 – $.05 per mile.
Safety Bonus: Earn $.02 – $.03 per mile.
Tenure & Sign-On:
Industry-Standard Sign-On Bonus: $2,400 – $4,000 (Paid out quarterly during the first year).
Loyalty Bonus: $500 – $1,500 after your first year of service.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a 2020 Freightliner and 53ft reefer/dry van.
Maintain open, professional communication with dispatch, shippers, and receivers.
Complete routine vehicle inspections and handle basic mechanical troubleshooting.
Adhere to all DOT safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Experience: CDL Class A with at least 2 years of OTR experience.
Record: Clean MVR (commercial and personal).
Reliability: Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
Attitude: Strong communication skills and a professional approach to problem-solving.
