An Arizona-licensed Alternative Business Structure (ABS), is seeking an experienced Arizona attorney for a very part-time, fully remote, non-equity compliance role.
This position is 100% remote with a flexible schedule. No office attendance or commute is required.
Responsibilities include reviewing firm policies and procedures, providing guidance on ethics and regulatory requirements, and fulfilling the responsibilities of the firm’s designated ABS compliance lawyer.
Qualifications:
* Active Arizona law license in good standing.
* Strong knowledge of Arizona professional responsibility rules.
* Personal injury/defense experience helpful.
* Responsive and available for periodic reviews and questions.
Limited anticipated hours with a flexible schedule. Actual time commitment will reflect the firm’s compliance needs. This may suit a solo practitioner or an attorney reducing their workload.
Compensation: monthly retainer or potential % of fees
