We’re a physical therapy clinic that takes pride in providing an exceptional experience for our patients and clients. We’re looking for someone who can help keep our front desk running smoothly, support our team, and ensure our facility stays welcoming, organized, and ready for the day.

Position: Part-Time Front Desk
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Schedule: Morning shifts
Pay: Based on experience
Responsibilities:
-Welcome patients, clients, and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
-Answer incoming phone calls, respond to text messages, and schedule appointments.
-Collect payments and assist with patient cancellations and rescheduling.
-Monitor the office email
-Confirm appointments and follow up on missing paperwork
-Keep bathrooms and treatment rooms clean, tidy, and stocked
-Restock snacks, beverages, and water in the refrigerator
-Check and distribute mail daily
-Maintain a clean and organized lobby, gym, and treatment areas
-Ensure clinic equipment is charged and ready for use
-Respond to Instagram comments and messages
-Assist with marketing and social media activities, including filming as needed
-Provide general support to the team, including occasional doggie duties!

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
-Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to recognize what needs to be done without always being asked.
-Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and messaging platforms.
-Reliable, dependable, and willing to help wherever needed.
-Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred.
