I'm offering this for free. I bought it years ago and never used it. It fits traditional bike forks with a 4-in inside width. You remove the tire and put the fork in the clamp, clamp it, and lock it. Comes with one key, as shown.
The Craigslist map is accurate and it is available. I will ignore questions asking where it's located and if it's still available.
