Job Description:
We are looking for a Flower Delivery Driver to join our floral team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering floral arrangements to customers in a timely and safe manner while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Safely deliver floral arrangements to customers' homes, offices, and event locations.
• Load and unload floral arrangements carefully to avoid damage during transit.
• Ensure timely deliveries and maintain communication with the shop regarding delivery status.
• Handle delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns upon delivery.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Assist in the flower shop with other tasks, if needed, such as packaging orders.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure flowers are handled with care.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
