We're looking for an independent freelancer based in Phoenix to visit homes within a specific 1×1 km area and carry out structured property assessments where homeowners give permission. We are a remote client and will not be present during the visits.
This work involves:
- Knocking on doors within the assigned area and asking homeowners if they'd be willing to take part.
- Recording a walkthrough video of the property (where permission is given).
- Taking measurements (e.g. room sizes, door widths and hallways).
- Taking photos and recording other details we specify.
- Uploading everything collected and logging the data into Google Forms.
We'll arrange a short video call beforehand to explain the process.
Requirements:
- Smartphone with a camera and internet access.
- Tape measure and laser distance measurer.
- Available for one full day between 6th - 15th August 2026.
