Field Coordinator Job description
Job Overview:
We are a luxury custom home remodeling company. Our crossroads are 7th St. & Thunderbird. This position is Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. In this role, you will support the Pre-Construction Team and Project Operations Manager with a variety of clerical and field tasks. This position requires an individual who is a highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast paced environment. Most projects are located in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Central Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take & upload pictures for each project to CoConstruct
• Evaluate progress for designated projects
• Follow up and communicate with the pre-construction team
• Confirm that sub-contractors are in Sub-Agreement
• Upload and update Co-Construct on a daily basis
• Ensure that scope of work contracted is being performed
• Assist communicating with subcontractors, in-house field team, and homeowner’s
• Assist with managing calendars and project schedules
• Ensuring job logs are up to date
• Thursday updates to the pre-construction team
• Scheduling in-house field employees daily
• Perform various administrative duties as assigned to support the pre-construction and operations team________________________________________
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential building & construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and general computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Positive attitude and capability to meet strict timelines
• Be able to work independently and with a team

Details:
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm
• Medical, Vision, Dental, & Life benefits after 90 days
• Pay: $24-28/hour DOE
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation and smart phone is mandatory
