Amplified Logistics Group LLC is hiring experienced CDL-A car hauler teams for long-haul, cross-country lanes.
COMPENSATION
35% of weekly truck gross — split between the team
On strong long-haul weeks, our current model can put team compensation close to:
$8,000/week total team pay
Approximately $4,000/week per driver
One Team member can have car hauler experience --the other Team member can just drive!
Actual pay varies based on truck production, freight, lanes, and operating conditions.
HOME TIME
We reward drivers who stay out and keep the truck productive:
2 weeks out → 2–3 days home
3 weeks out → 3–4 days home
4–5 weeks out → 5–6 days home

• Peterbilt Long Nose Automatic
• Volvo Stinger High Mount
• 80-foot car-hauler trailers
• 9–10 vehicle capacity
• EZ Loader equipment
• Consistent OTR dispatch
• Operational support
REQUIREMENTS for Both Team members
One Team member can have car hauler experience --the other Team member can just drive!
• CDL-A
• Minimum 1 year OTR experience
• Real car-hauling experience required -->at Least 1 team member
• Experienced with loading/unloading and vehicle inspections --> at Least 1 team member
• Strong damage-prevention habits
• Clean / acceptable MVR
• Must pass drug screening
• Professional and dependable
• TWIC preferred
• Problem-solvers preferred
Established teams are preferred, but two qualified solo car haulers may also apply together. Or Solo car hauler with solo dry van or flat bed driver
WHY THIS POSITION
This is for experienced car haulers and drivers who want to run long-haul, stay productive, and get paid based on what the truck produces.
No complicated pay formula.
35% of gross to the team.
A strong week can mean close to $4,000 per driver (cross country trip or Florida to NY)
