Since 1997, The Driver Provider has provided professional chauffeured transportation for corporate executives, VIP clients, special events, groups, and travelers throughout Arizona and beyond.

We are currently hiring professional Chauffeurs and Executive Drivers to join our Phoenix team.

Whether you have years of professional driving experience or a strong background in hospitality and customer service, we are looking for dependable, safety-focused people who take pride in providing an exceptional client experience.

CDL Class A or B drivers are strongly encouraged to apply. Passenger Endorsement is a plus!

100% of Your Gratuities

Drivers receive 100% of the gratuities earned on their trips, paid directly through their paycheck. Gratuities typically range from 5%–15% depending on the client/account. For certain runs without gratuity, the hourly rate may be adjusted accordingly.

Home Daily

Enjoy local opportunities throughout the Phoenix area with the ability to be home after your shift.

Flexible Scheduling

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Our transportation needs vary throughout the day, giving drivers opportunities for early mornings, daytime, evenings, weekends, and special events.

Luxury & Executive Fleet

Operate professionally maintained vehicles including luxury sedans, SUVs, executive Sprinters, and other passenger vehicles based on your qualifications.

Paid Training

We provide training to prepare you for The Driver Provider's service, safety, and operational standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Chauffeur with The Driver Provider, you are more than a driver. You are often the first and last impression our clients have of our company.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing safe, professional, and courteous transportation
• Arriving early and prepared for scheduled trips
• Greeting passengers professionally and assisting with luggage
• Providing a polished, VIP-level client experience
• Following trip details and communicating with Dispatch
• Performing vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Maintaining a clean and professional vehicle
• Navigating Phoenix and surrounding areas safely and efficiently
• Anticipating passenger needs while respecting privacy and confidentiality
• Representing The Driver Provider professionally at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, professional, safety-focused, and genuinely enjoy working with people.

Requirements:

• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass required background screening
• Ability to pass DOT drug testing
• Strong English communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to safely lift and assist with luggage up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for trip information and Dispatch communication
• Willing to meet company uniform standards:
  • Black suit without pinstripes
  • White dress shirt
  • Black dress shoes

CDL DRIVERS – WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Have a CDL Class A or Class B? Be sure to include it on your application.

CDL + Passenger Endorsement is a major plus and may qualify you to operate additional vehicles within our fleet, including larger shuttle and passenger vehicles.

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

• Chauffeured or limousine transportation
• Executive or corporate transportation
• Hotel or resort transportation
• Valet or guest services
• Airport transportation
• Shuttle or transit operations
• Motorcoach or charter bus operations
• Hospitality or VIP customer service
• CDL professional driving

Previous chauffeur experience is a plus, but it is not the only thing we look for.
