Pay is fully dependent on experience, testing, and interview.
Pay Range - $100,000 - $130,000 (may increase with the right candidate)
MUST have an updated resume reflecting minimum of 5 years in commercial and project management.
MUST have valid drivers license with clean MVR
MUST have no felonies in past 10 years
Some required job duties:
- Manage commercial and industrial electrical projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, materials, and project resources.
- Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and jobsite safety.
- Manage change orders, resolve issues, and ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
