DB800 Mobile S Pro
Powered by the 300 CFM / 74 HP diesel compressor, this setup is capable of wet Dustless Blasting, dry blasting, and soda blasting thanks to the included ADCS-350 air dryer/cooler.
The DB800 blast pot has an 8 cu. ft. capacity, holding approximately 300 lbs of abrasive and 30 gallons of water per fill, with up to approximately 90 minutes of blasting time per fill.
Operating pressure is 30–150 PSI.
The trailer is a purpose-built heavy-duty tandem axle setup with:
- Two 6,000-lb axles
- Dual-axle electric brakes
- Electric breakaway system
- DOT LED lighting
- 8-ply tires
- Full-size spare
- 100+ gallon water tank
- 48 GPM water pump
- 29-gallon diesel tank
