What You’ll Do:
This is a fast-paced role that keeps our catering operation moving. Your main goal is to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for action.
•The Essentials: Hand washing and scrubbing pots, pans, and catering equipment according to health standards.
•The Facility: Keeping floors clean/dry, breaking down cardboard, and managing trash/recycling.
•The Gear: Checking catering vehicles for cleanliness and power-washing off-premise equipment (grills, coolers, etc.).
•The Assist: Occasionally helping the chefs with basic prep (peeling, washing, or slicing) to help the team get out the door on time.
What We’re Looking For:
•Reliability: You have reliable transportation and show up on time, every time.
•Attitude: You are a team player who can follow instructions and stay motivated.
•Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
•Certification: Must have (or be able to get) a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.
•Bonus: A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is a huge plus!
