Detailed Demolition, LLC is looking for hard-working, dependable individuals with demolition, construction, and/or equipment operating experience to join our growing team.
We aren't looking to simply fill positions. We're willing to wait for the right people who understand what it means to work safely, work hard, take pride in their work, and do an exceptional job.
Demolition & Equipment Experience Preferred
We are especially interested in applicants with experience in:
- Operating skid steers / Bobcats
- Operating mini excavators or other construction equipment
- Interior and exterior demolition
- Concrete and structural demolition
- Loading and handling demolition debris
- Using demolition tools and equipment
- General construction or other physically demanding trades
Skid steer and equipment operating experience is a major plus. We are looking for people who can safely operate equipment when needed but aren't afraid to get out of the machine and work alongside the rest of the crew.
Demolition experience is strongly preferred, but we will consider applicants from other construction trades who have a proven record of safety, reliability, hard work, and quality workmanship.
What We Expect
You must be dependable, show up ready to work, follow safety procedures, take direction, and work well as part of a crew. We stay extremely busy, and there is an opportunity for the right individuals to grow with our company.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to job sites throughout the Valley. Fuel assistance is available for longer-distance projects. Some night and weekend work will occasionally be required.
