Dark brown 3-seat reclining sofa in good condition. Very comfortable with plush padded back, headrests and armrests. Reclining seats work well. Upholstery is in good shape with normal light wear from use. No major rips or tears.
Clean, comfortable couch with lots of life left. We are only selling it because we are changing our furniture and it doesn’t fit in our room anymore. It looks pretty brand new there’s no tear on the upholstery or anything. We don’t have dogs or animals that have been all over it.
It’s in an office. We are a law office so it looks lawyerly. You can just come by the office in Central Phoenix and pick it up anytime today. Text me first though so I’m sure to be here. We really want to sell it so make me an offer by text or just come by.
We want to be able to finish doing our room today and it’s in the middle of that room. You can text me anytime. I should be here most of the day.
