NIKSI Construction is my company name. I'm general contractor and real estate investor in Phoenix area since 2010 doing new construction and fix and flip projects. I'm building 12 units town houses in north phoenix. plan is approved and we are ready to hit grounds. I need a reliable and reasonable concrete sub to do all the building foundation and pads, retainer walls, sidewalk, bus stop pad....
The sub must be in charge of handling survey, compaction test and providing pad certificate.
below link has all the plans on civil and architecture side. I need bids asap and can start rightaway. you must be licensed, bonded and insured.

I don't need net 30. I can pay within 48 hours from each milestone.
