Aircraft wash techs needed. Working a Sky Harbor Airport. The job consists of "dry washing" commercial aircraft for a major airline. No experience needed. Strong work ethic, valid drivers license and be able to pass a criminal background check required.
Dry washing the aircraft involves working at night Monday-Friday. This is a part time job. 20-30 hours per week. The schedule varies daily because of the airlines' wash requirements. Washing 1-2 planes per night. The typical hours are from 8pm-12pm start time. 4-6 hours per day. Applicants can expect to start working within day of being hired.
Washing the aircraft requires applying the cleaner compound, letting it dry and buffing it off. This is a partial wash on specific areas of the plane. Not the whole aircraft.
