POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
(1) CDL CLASS A DRIVER (Monday-Friday / AM position) (WEEKENDS ONCE A MONTH)
We are a small trucking company that gets multiple local loads daily. We deliver local using FLATBED and Power Only. Our routes are local typically starting in Phoenix and delivering to the neighboring cities and municipalities. Majority of loads have one stop, and some loads have 2-stops. We collaborate with multiple customers. Driver must have experience in flat bed.
If you start with a local route in the early AM, you should expect to do two and a half on average routes most days three loads.
Description: Looking for (1) Class A CDL Truck Drivers who is looking to be home daily! This is consistent work. This is a first shift opportunity. Most major holidays off. Have nights and most weekends off! We do have weekend work available as well.
We need a Driver who:
-Dresses in PPE everyday M-F
-Likes to work early mornings (early bird gets the worm) 5am start time everyday
-Great at communicating with dispatch via text and voice calls.
-Can Cam Scan the smart phone device BOLS with no problem.
-Want loads and is eager to work 5 days a week.
-Someone who is good with time, being on time and doesn’t have to be micro-managed by dispatch
-Is independent
-Makes minimum mistakes or errors
-Can communicate professionally and assertively with customers on-site and on the phone.
-Treats company equipment like it is their equipment
-Not a complainer, Ready to work EACH AND EVERYDAY!
-Willing to learn and not a know it all.
-Can easily get in and out of truck to communicate with vendor, strap flatbed. Someone who is agile.
-Please expect long hours. 6-12hour days. Hours vary depending on the loads. You will do 2-3 loads per day, most days 3 loads. We pay $110 per load.
-Has own, reliable transportation.
-Flatbed is physically demanding. Please keep that in mind when applying for this position.
-90 day probation- If you cannot work 5 days a week for 90 days, please do not apply.
Looking for experienced CDL Class A Truck Drivers. Over one year experience in Flatbed and 5 years CDL training.
This is an independent contractor position 1099 position. Pay is $275-$330 per day. Can expect 2-3 loads a day. Trucks are 2016's or better. All trucks have automatic transmissions. Must have a clean motor vehicle record, no major traffic violations within the past three years. Must pass Drug urinalysis and FMCSA query. Drive 5 days a week.
Must have a flexible schedule. Please expect to run 5 days a week. Please don't call unless you are available to run weekdays first shift. 5am start time most weekdays and the ability to start earlier if needed.
