Beautiful Vintage Classic French Aubusson-style rug in a pastel, neoclassical floral design

13 x 10 feet without fringes

Excellent Condition

Center Medallion is a soft sage/seafoam green/turquoise ground with an ivory oval in the middle, filled with a small bouquet of flowers and surrounded by scrolling floral garlands.

Corner spandrels: light butter-yellow/gold corner panels with delicate vine-and-flower ornament.

Border: a wide gold/tan border featuring acanthus leaves, scrolling vines, and small rosette blossoms in muted pinks, blues, and greens.

Motifs: symmetrical wreaths/garlands, ribbons, and formal floral sprays, giving it a refined “salon” look typical of Aubusson-inspired pieces.

Finish: includes short fringes with the palette kept intentionally soft and faded (pastel, antique-style).
