Looking for a apartments maintenance tech, multiple locations around Phoenix.
Preferably someone with apartment maintenance experience and basic A/ C repairs knowledge.
Valid drivers license and work authorization required.
Bilingual preferred.
Job Responsibilities can include:
Fix plumbing leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures ,Repair switches, outlets, and light fixtures
Service and troubleshoot HVAC heating and cooling units
Painting and patch drywall between tenant moves
Maintain property grounds, pools, and shared spaces
Join an on-call schedule for urgent after-hours emergencies
Pay dependent on experience
