Lima Wellness LLC is a behavioral health outpatient treatment center dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward improved mental health, emotional well-being, and a healthier quality of life. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Administrator Assistant and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to join our team and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered treatment environment.
Position Overview
Administrator Assistant:
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support, assist with client coordination, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the smooth operation of our outpatient behavioral health facility. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation: $27-$28 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience.
Behavioral Health Technician:
The Behavioral Health Technician will work closely with clients and the clinical team to support treatment goals, encourage positive behavioral changes, and help maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in behavioral health and/or mental health and a genuine passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health and recovery journeys.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support and assistance to clients receiving outpatient behavioral health services.
• Monitor client behavior, emotional well-being, and progress toward treatment goals.
• Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the direction of qualified clinical staff.
• Encourage healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and appropriate social interactions.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Document client observations, activities, and relevant behavioral changes accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clinicians and other members of the treatment team.
• Assist with therapeutic activities, life skills development, and recovery-oriented programming as assigned.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy requirements, organizational policies, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
• At least one year of experience in behavioral health and/or mental health.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active-listening skills.
• Compassion, patience, professionalism, and a nonjudgmental approach to client care.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges.
• Strong observation, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to client dignity, confidentiality, safety, and recovery.
• Relevant education, certifications, or training in behavioral health are preferred, where applicable.
Compensation
$22.00–$23.00 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience.
