Risk Program Administrators (RPA) is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Account Manager to support the administration and delivery of property and casualty risk-sharing programs. This position serves as a key resource for pool members, supporting day-to-day member service activities, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring timely resolution of member requests and administrative needs.

The Account Manager works closely with the CEO and Program Directors, pool members, internal service teams, and external partners to facilitate program activities, maintain strong member relationships, and support successful program operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service and ensuring members receive responsive, accurate, and professional support.

Client and Member Services

• Serve as a primary point of contact and service conduit for member inquiries, requests, program questions, and administrative needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional working relationships with members, program stakeholders, employees, vendors, and the public.
• Coordinate member communications, communicate program updates, and assist with timely resolution of service-related issues.
• Assist members with website, member portal, and related online resource access, including login support, password assistance, navigation questions, and portal information.
• Support member access to designated workplace, training, or risk management resources as assigned.

Administrative and Operational Support

• Support program leadership with day-to-day administration of assigned programs and provide backup administrative support as needed.
• Coordinate and track operational activities, deadlines, member deliverables, and follow-up items to support responsive program operations.
• Assist with annual renewal activities, member documentation, data collection, and distribution of renewal-related communications.
• Maintain program records, files, member paperwork, audit trails, and assigned database or procedure manual updates in accordance with established procedures.
• Support preparation and distribution of reports, correspondence, meeting materials, annual report content, and program communications.

Accounts Payable and Financial Coordination

• Serve as a resource for accounts payable processes, payment-related inquiries, and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate processing and tracking of invoices, payments, payables, and related administrative records.
• Assist with monthly financial documentation, reconciliation of member-related financial information, and year-end fiscal record support as needed.
• Support internal financial and administrative workflows to ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented processing.

Program Support

• Assist with special projects, training events, conferences, annual membership meetings, committee meetings, and other member-facing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, database resources, external service providers, and program partners to support program objectives and member service needs.
• Monitor assigned tasks and facilitate completion of action items, certifications, award requests, participation tracking, and follow-up items.
• Support loss control and risk management initiatives, including collecting and organizing program materials, maintaining participation records, coordinating certificates or recognition items, and assisting with related communications.
• Coordinate risk management webinars, educational programs, and member communications in collaboration with program leadership and subject matter resources.
• Serve as a staff liaison or administrative support resource for assigned committees, industry partners, or association-related programs.
• Coordinate website and member portal content updates with communications resources.
• Assist with driver authorizations, auto records, claims-related support, and other program administration duties as needed.
• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year minimum of client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required.
• Associate's degree and 5 years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of related experience.
• Experience in member services, client services, insurance administration, accounts payable, office administration, communications, or related business functions.
• Strong customer service, relationship management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, organize detailed records, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and member communications.
• Proficiency in business systems, databases, websites or member portals, and Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with self-insured risk pools, insurance organizations, or member-focused programs.
• Experience supporting accounts payable processes and financial administration.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Property and casualty insurance experience.
