Selling a great camper that is in good working condition. I originally purchased this in 2019 with the intention of converting it into a unique Airbnb / short-term rental, but I have lost interest in the project and am ready to pass it on to the next owner.

It runs/works perfectly but has a few minor, easy-to-fix cosmetic imperfections:
• Back Window: Currently missing curtains.
• Seating: The seats need to be reupholstered.
• The awning needs to be replaced. I was quoted $1,200 to $1,500 by a company.

Bonus: We are completely willing to reupholster the seats prior to purchase.

Perfect for someone looking to start a glamping business, a tiny home project, or a road-trip vehicle.
