The house has great natural lighting, and so many houseplants! There is a big yard and a vegetable garden. There is extra space if you would like to start your own garden next year!
We have 2 cats and cannot allow any more pets. There is a cat door that allows them easy access to the outdoors, so there is no stinky cat box inside!
We do a great job keeping the house clean together. Everyone cleans up after themselves in the kitchen which has been really nice. I know sometimes in roommate situations the kitchen gets out of hand, but it's always nice and clean here and we'd love your help to keep it that way! This is an eco conscious household. Always room for improvement but we try to be mindful. We are both sensitive to strong artifical fragrances so we use natural products as much as possible. There are good air and water filters in the house.
There is a large, bright kitchen with plenty of storage, all the appliances you could hope for and 2 fridges! :)
Current renters are mid 30's and mid 40's. Tend to be somewhat introverted, enjoy peace and quiet but can also get caught up in easy conversation!
Rent is $750 and includes all utilities and high speed internet.
