What you'd be doing:
General maintenance and repairs across our rental properties
Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry fixes
Drywall, patching, and painting
Light renovation work — flooring, trim, fixtures, cabinets
Unit turnovers between tenants
What we're looking for:
General handyman experience (formal trade certification not required)
Own basic hand tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Someone dependable who shows up and takes pride in doing the job right
What we offer:
$120–$180 per day, based on experience
Full-time, Monday through Saturday — we always have work, no slow seasons
