We're hiring outgoing, motivated promoters in Philadelphia to connect with people who need work done and help them post their jobs on Rush Gigs.
YOUR MISSION
Find people with real work to offer, including:
* Business owners and managers who need extra help.
* Contractors and construction site managers who need workers.
* Homeowners who need moving, cleaning, yard work, or other tasks completed.
* Landlords and property managers who need help with cleanups and property upkeep.
* Event organizers who need setup, cleanup, and other support.
Your goal is to find people with real work to offer and guide them through posting it on the app.
ABOUT RUSH GIGS
Rush Gigs (https://rushgigs.com) connects people who need work done with local workers. Jobs can include moving, cleaning, yard work, event setup, general labor, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Visit local businesses and speak with people responsible for hiring or arranging help.
* Ask what work they need done and explain how Rush Gigs can help.
* Explain that posting a job on Rush Gigs is free.
* Walk interested people through posting a job with clear details.
* Follow up with interested people.
* Provide regular updates on your outreach and the job postings you helped generate.
We're looking for someone who can turn a friendly conversation into a real job posting.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Current Rush Gigs user: You're familiar with the app and can walk people through both modes: posting jobs and finding work.
* Confident and approachable: You're comfortable starting conversations with business owners, managers, and homeowners.
* Proactive: You can identify people and places likely to need help.
* Reliable and punctual: You show up on time and complete your shift.
* Ready for local outreach: You're comfortable walking around and visiting businesses throughout the day.
* Equipped: You have a smartphone with internet access.
Experience in sales, canvassing, promotions, customer service, or local business outreach is a plus.
PAY & SHIFT
* $25 per hour.
* 8-hour shift - $200 total.
* Payment through Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal.
* Strong results can lead to repeat hiring.
