Want to be at the heart of the action in Philadelphia? Big Event Media is looking for a high-energy, outgoing Check-In Host to join our team for the Headshot Lounge activation at Society for Neuro-Oncology 31st Annual Meeting.

We provide professional headshots for industry pros, and we need someone who can keep the vibes high, the line organized, and help create a fun, welcoming, and smooth experience for every attendee!

The Role:
•⁠ ⁠Greeting attendees and checking them in.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Managing the line flow and crowd control.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Communicating updates to the photo team.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Maintaining a positive, upbeat atmosphere!

•⁠ ⁠⁠Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
