Looking for a new tenant for my apartment starting 10/1 or 10/15. It's a 1 bed 1 bath in Fairmount (Parkway House Apts, APT 212) for $900 with a front desk and package room, shared rooftop, and gym. Apartment has bay windows, new kitchen appliances. Shared washer/dryers in basement- there's about 10 of each so it's never an issue. Utilities are about $100/month.
