I'm a 27yo PhD candidate at Penn State. I am looking for a 1-2 bed townhouse/house in state college area (boalsburg and lemont ok). I am looking well in advance to find a good offer but would be ready to sign early as well. I prefer private owners but management companies are okay too. I will be staying mostly alone as my partner (27yo) is out of state and will mostly be visiting. ESA dog friendly.
