Gel memory foam mattress. Barely used and always used waterproof mattress protector. Pick up only. No delivery. I did spill makeup on the mattress once when I had taken the mattress protector off to wash it, so it has some black spots from eyeshadow on it but the top can be removed and washed. I've never tried to wash the top so not sure if the eyeshadow will come off in the wash or not
