These scissors were turned into a mirrored display for hanging. The mirror is 18" wide X 16" high. There is a brass plaque below the scissors that reads "These barber shears were used by Bill Smart to cut ribbon Mar. 2, 1966 to open the Rustic Hills Plaza. The picture is not very good because it is very difficult to photograph a mirror.
