Looking for person experienced with security cameras and cables (Falcon)

Had someone install new cables for security cameras. The cameras would not work. Had to call the Geek Squad and they said it was the cables and could not test the cables because they did not have the correct tool. I need the cables tested and fixed if there is something wrong with them. I bought tthe cables brand new. Best Buy wants $400 and I am not paying that to check two cables and hook up two cameras.
