Peak Pole Barns is seeking experienced independent subcontractor crews for post-frame building projects throughout Colorado. We are looking for established crews that take pride in quality construction, communicate reliably and leave clean, professional jobsites.
This opportunity is for a subcontractor business with its own crew, tools and equipment—not an individual employee position.

Compensation: Paid based on project size, complexity and customer add-on’s
Here’s what we provide:
These crews earn between $280,000 to $340,000 per year
Our established crews average 24 buildings annually
Typical building types are shops, RV storage, garages, horse barns, riding arenas
Consistent pre-sold work year-round
Prompt progress payments tied to project milestones
Materials delivered to the job site prior to installation date
Trash trailer provided to keep jobsite clean
Expert support from Peak on plan questions, material issues and project considerations
Fuel and lodging support for qualifying long-distance projects, with payment terms agreed before work begins
Requirements:
We're looking for a crew with the following qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in pole barn construction
Skills: Proficiency in all aspects of pole barn construction from reading blueprints, setting a square building, drilling holes, adding concrete footings, setting poles, framing the building and skinning it with metal
Tools and Equipment: Access to the necessary tools and equipment. We can discuss heavy equipment needs and how we can support you
Reliability: Dependable scheduling, reliable communication and completion of agreed project milestones
References: 3 or more positive references from previous clients or projects
Insurance: Current general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Proof of coverage is required before starting work
Must be detail oriented and maintain clean work sites
Work safely in a variety of Colorado weather conditions
