Howdy! I have recently started living in MT part-time & am looking for all sorts of work. I have experience both in the personal training / nutrition coaching field, as well as significant experience as a paramedic. I also have experience in landscaping, framing, event hosting, and teaching. I love an odd-job, so reach out!
On the wellness side, I offer both personal training and nutrition coaching, & have received certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for both. I work with general-population clients, and specialize in preparing clients for activities in the great-outdoors (ie bike races, getting them into hiking, mountain objectives) as well as calisthenics.
Currently only doing virtual sessions, with in-person assessments when available.
I generally charge $75/session, with discounts for veterans, nurses, and those who want 2x/week.
On the medicine side, I have a degree in emergency medicine. I am a nationally registered paramedic, and have attended a critical care program at VCU. With that being said, I am not generally seeking employment as a paramedic. I do have experience with teaching/tutoring EMT-B students skills, as well as nursing students in cardioligy & IV starts.
Weather permitting, I am available for general labor and odd jobs as well.
You can email me at the attached email
or (more preferably) you can call/text at 571 - three oh 8 - 6 nine 66
Thanks!
