Hi! I’m Jeffrey, a Vancouver-based Personal / Office / Production Assistant looking for full-time or part-time work.
I’m a bit of a Swiss Army knife.
Need someone to organize files, schedules or a workspace? Great. Run errands? Yep. Research something strange and specific? Happily. Help with a shoot, edit a video, solve a tech problem, wrangle a project, write something, move equipment, make an appointment or figure out whatever weird little problem appeared at 10:17 this morning? That’s my territory.
Most recently I worked directly with a small-business owner as a Personal & Production Assistant. My background also includes video production, customer service, music and theatre, teaching, retail and good old-fashioned physical labour.
I’m comfortable with Macs, Google Workspace, Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, CapCut, QLab and learning whatever new system gets thrown at me.
I work best with people and small teams who need someone adaptable, organized, creative and willing to actually get things done.
