Local electrical contractor looking for the right person to come on board as a business partner and help grow a growing electrical contracting company.
This is not a standard employee position. I’m looking for an experienced, motivated electrician who wants more than an hourly paycheck and is interested in helping build a company, take ownership of projects, develop customer relationships, and share in the long-term success of the business.
We perform a mix of commercial, industrial, residential, service, generator, and specialty electrical work throughout Northern California.
The right person will ideally have:
* Strong commercial/industrial electrical experience
* California General Electrician Certification
* 8+ years of field experience preferred
* Ability to run projects and crews independently
* Strong troubleshooting and service skills
* Experience estimating or willingness to learn
* Good communication and customer-service skills
* Clean driving record
* Strong work ethic and professional attitude
* Interest in the business side of electrical contracting
I’m looking for someone who thinks like an owner, not just an employee—someone willing to help estimate jobs, manage projects, develop accounts, improve operations, and grow the company.
The exact partnership structure is negotiable based on experience, qualifications, contribution, and fit. There is an opportunity to build meaningful ownership/profit participation for the right person.
