I have experience in pretty much everything and dealing with a client that needs help
Including daily activities, doctors appointment, etc. ( $17-$24 hourly)
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist in admission, transfer and discharge functions.
Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Document all entries in EMR as required by House policies and procedures (i.e. Vitals, weights, etc.)
Maintain infection control protocols and ensure the environment adheres to safety standards across inpatient, outpatient, or home care settings.
Assist with food service at mealtime.
Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes and in-service meetings.
