We are looking for a live in grounds keeper. Ideal for one person with a full-time job looking to offset their living expense. Work approximately 10-20 hrs. per week. Trustworthy and honest. Must be able to operate a tractor and take on and off attachments. Mechanical inclined. Takes the initiative. Operate, repair and maintain power tools-chainsaw and other power tools. Work includes but not limited to picking up branches making burn piles, and bush hog. Keeping grounds neat and clean from debris. Occasional light work on other properties. Acquire and pass Criminal background check. Good driving record and no drugs or smoking. Located in Mississippi. Compensation consists of camp style or room. Text work history and work references.
