Seeking an experienced finish carpenter/handyman to complete a pole barn conversion into an event space and renovate commercial office space.
The work includes:
• Interior framing and general construction.
• Installing insulation.
• Hanging, taping and finishing Sheetrock.
• Custom building and installing doors.
• Building and installing cabinets, shelving and custom built-ins.
• Installing trim, baseboards and molding.
• Painting, repairs and final finishing work.
We need someone with strong carpentry skills who can take a project from framing through the finished details. Quality workmanship, accurate measurements and attention to appearance are essential.
Applicants should have their own tools, reliable transportation and experience working independently. Must be dependable, communicate clearly and keep the job site organized.
Schedule can be discussed. Substantial project work is available for the right person.
Compensation based on experience and demonstrated skills.
