I have an Echo PB 400E backpack blower that's in good condition and runs good and idles good. It had not been started in a year and when tried to start it took about 8-10 pulls to start. After starting it ran good and restarted easily. I let it sit for a couple of days and tried again and it started on the second pull so I believe it will be relatively easy to start if used on a regular basis.
